GARY'S HOUSE REMODEL

In the renovation of Gary’s House, Archiflora opted to retain the existing 1910, wooden structure, vaulted the ceiling and modified the interior layout to remove unnecessary circulation.  It was important to the client that the spaces feel large and full of light, while also providing sufficient storage equal to the original layout.

By eliminating a hallway, opening the house from front to back, and adding clearstory interior glazing, Gary now has a home  that feels like a 2- bedroom urban loft.  Archiflora loves to work on home plans to maximize their sense of space, while also providing smart, functional storage and living space.
