Here at the Hill house it is all about how lovely transitions from inside the home to outdoors are created through careful detailing.  Board and batten siding allows for trim-free window transitions. Copper-clad shed roofs protect large corner windows and extend the room's sense of space.  Clearstory windows are detailed to hold close to the frame of the structure, thus creating from the bedroom and living areas a sensation of being outdoors. Holding fast to natural material use in the interrior of the house we use ceramic tiles, plaster, wood, and stone.
